What services do you offer at Peach Beauty Bar?

I offer intimate waxing including Brazilian and bikini waxes, airbrush spray tans, expert vajacials, skin lightening, brow waxing, and tinting, plus select luxury mobile beauty services.

How can I book an appointment?

Please use my online booking form here to make an appointment. If you have questions about which appointment is right for you, please email info@peachbeautybarpdx.com and I’ll be happy to help you find the best fit.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, I require a nonrefundable $20 deposit for every booking. This goes toward the total cost of your treatment.

What is your tipping policy?

Peach Beauty Bar is a price-inclusive studio. My services are priced fairly, and tips are never expected. If clients do decide to leave a tip, it is of course immensely appreciated.

Do you offer walk-in appointments?

To provide a high level of service, all appointments must be booked online in advance. This way I can prepare for your specific needs.

How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?

I release appointment times on the 21st of every month, so you can book up to one month in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients can rebook their appointment up to 48 hours in advance. The nonrefundable deposit will then be transferred over to the new appointment. All bookings and rescheduling must be completed online. Late cancellations/reschedules will incur a $20 charge (which means your deposit is not transferable to the new date). 

Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge for the service. If you do not show up to your appointment there will be a charge for 100% of the service.

What is your cancellation policy for membership holders?

If you're a monthly membership holder or package holder you're held to the same responsibility as other clients. There will be a $20 fee for rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment time. 

If you do not show up to your pre-paid appointment, it will result in a deduction of appointments remaining for that month/package.

What happens if I’m running late to my appointment?

There is a 5-minute grace period if the appointment is due to last less than 30 minutes. There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments due to last more than 30 minutes. If you exceed these grace times, you will be rescheduled and rebooked with a new deposit. I greatly value my client’s time and keeping to schedule makes sure I can honor all my booked appointments.

Is there any parking available?

The studio does not have any dedicated parking, but we are located in a quiet neighborhood in Southwest Portland. There is plenty of free street parking close to the studio. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash and all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.

How long will my appointment take?

This depends on the type of appointment you book. Please refer to the individual service pages for an estimate of how long your appointment will take. You can also see this information in the online booking form.

Do you offer consultations before booking a service?

Absolutely! Talking to you about your needs is how I can provide the best service. I offer free 15-minute consultations where we can determine the correct appointment for you. Please use this in place of calling so that I can dedicate adequate time to focus on your needs. Zoom meetings may be used in place of in-person consultation, depending on my schedule.

What kind of wax do you use for hair removal?

I use both high-quality hard and soft wax for hair removal. We can discuss your preference at the beginning of your appointment.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, I make sure all of my products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. 

Do you offer gift cards or certificates?

Yes, I do! I offer online gift certificates that can be redeemed on all services and are valid for up to 12 months. These make fantastic gifts and are available to buy via the booking form.

Do you offer product packages?

Yes, I offer a variety of product packages and bundles for waxing, waxing/vajacial combos, and spray tans. You can see all the available options in the online booking form.

Do you offer any ongoing memberships?

I offer a membership option for Brazilian waxing clients called the Jelly Brazilian Wax Membership. This can be a seamless and cost-effective option for clients who want to maintain their Brazilian wax. 

With this membership, you'll be charged monthly on the day you subscribe until you cancel. You will receive a code to book your appointments, avoiding the need to place a deposit for each appointment. 

Do you have offers or discounts? 

I offer a one-time 10% discount to clients who sign up for my email mailing list. I also run seasonal offers, which I display on my homepage or announce via my Instagram page.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Appointment prep is essential. Please go to the information page for your specific service to find detailed preparation instructions.

Do you offer services for special occasions like weddings, bachelorette parties, or proms?

I offer mobile spray tanning services for large groups and frequently perform services for clients who are preparing for special occasions such as weddings, bachelorette parties, proms, birthdays, bridal showers, and more. 

If you have a large group, please email groupbooking@peachbeautybar.com with a description of your needs to inquire about custom pricing.  

Do you offer services for men as well?

I currently only offer my services to female clientele.

What is your return policy for products purchased from your studio?

Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of my waxing and aftercare products, I am unable to accept returns or process refunds for product sales.
